House was warming up a bit … knew something wasn't right with the AC … didn't want to make an after-hours service call, but wouldn't be at home for a tech visit the next day. We have a service contract with A/C Designs, and they sent Alex to help us. He called us to let us know he was on the way, he ruled out simple things first, he let me follow him around so that I could better understand his diagnostic process, and he got our AC back online in less than one hour! Many thanks to A/C Designs for providing quality after-hours service and a really nice, professional and capable tech! Thanks, Alex!!
The techs assigned to replace our AC unit, Homer and Vic did a great job. They worked non stop to finish job. Taking time to explain all the features of the new unit and thermostat Would recommend this company if you need new AC

The technician was scheduled 12 noon - 5 pm. They were behind in their time but the company called, at least, to say they were late. They arrived at 8:04 pm. Nevertheless, they worked on the unit (installing a new blower motor) and tested it before leaving. They made sure it was OK and asked if we had questions/complaints before they left. Customer satisfaction is important to this company!
