We had another tech come in to fix the leaking condensation in the HVAC room. He tried to fix it twice and found out it was still leaking after he left. We called again and they sent Luciano quickly and we couldn't be more thankful. He was super personable, very thorough, and knowledgeable. He found additional leaking holes and he fixed the leaks & triple-checked to make sure everything was working properly.
Maison our service tech was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will ask for him for all future needs, should it be necessary.
