Billy DeLoach came out, quickly gave a fair and honest quote. The next day the AC was fully completed in a very professional manner. Will not use another AC company moving forward, highly recommend.
After calling literally almost every AC company in Northeast Florida we went with AC Designs and we couldn't be more pleased with our four new Daikin Fit units. Our sales rep Billy DeLoach is extremely knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time helping us with our complicated requests before the sale but even more importantly than that he has been here for us after the sale. He clearly has a passion for what he does and takes pride in it. Our installers Harry, Colton and Jose did an incredible job. Very clean install with great attention to detail. There were a lot of issues with our duct work and prior AC installations. These guys fixed everything. Everything was done right the first time on time for an excellent price. We also have 12 years of both parts and labor warranty. If you're in Northeast Florida give Billy a chance to earn your business. We did a lot of research because we were spending a lot of money on four separate units. When it comes to both technical knowledge and price he is one of the best in the business.
Devonte Byrd and Justise with AC Design provided superior service on our 2 AC units. They were very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining what service was required. We would recommend Devonte and Justise with AC Design to family and friends.
