Ignacio was on time, friendly, knowledge and reliable. We are very pleased with AC Design, they installed our unit and assist with on-going maintenance.
Our technician, Jacob(I think that was his name) was well mannered, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He was on time and well prepared for the appointment.
He noticed that we were using the wrong size filters and made us aware; and wrote the correct size on the unit in the closet. Afterwards he changed it out.
My husband and I wanted to thank him publicly for such a pleasant experience.

OUTSTANDING customer service from Daniel today. We woke up to a blank thermostat. Called A.C. Designs and they had someone out to us in a short amount of time. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and explained his troubleshooting steps and the fix. He had us up and working in no time. He was truly a pleasure to work with and is an asset to your company.
Both Alex's who work for them are more than knowledgeable and give you their honest opinion. Could not recommend enough!

Top notch from start to finish. It truly feels like I joined a family business and they will always provide me the best service even after the job has been completed. This is a very rare today.
