We purchased a home and called AC Designs to inspect the HVAC system because their sticker was on the AC unit. Ben was on time, friendly, capable and thorough. We will continue to use AC Designs for all of our maintenance needs.

The appointment was set last week for today between 12:00-3:00, the technician, Jeremy, called at about 12:15 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. When he and his partner arrived, they were masked and had covers on their shoes. Very respectful of our home and to us. He explained what he was going to do and kept us informed as he progressed. He fully explained what he did and how I can maintain the performance of the unit until the next service. They were here almost 2 hours, which to me showed that they were thorough and attentive. Best service we have had on our AC unit.
