Ernie was great and worked diligently to solve my AC problem. Unfortunately, there were too many issues with the AC to fix on the same day. I would definitely recommend Ernie for your AC needs.
I'll preface this with I work for a builder that uses AC designs but I have never been a customer. However I needed them for my home and they do not disappoint. They keep you informed on everything and every step. I will be using them when I build my new home next year. Awesome service!
We had a new unit installed by A/C designs and I was very impressed and happy with the entire process. The sales guy Troy provided many different options and was very thorough in his work, he was also quick to respond to all of my emails, texts and phone calls. The team they sent out was top notch.
JR and Austin were efficient, professional and clean, but NOT rushed. They took time to patiently stop and answer all my questions and to thoroughly explain everything about the new system and thermostat before they left.

Mauricio was our technician and he was very professional, nice and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to rush and get out. Very good work ethic and we would recommend him to anyone. We will also be getting the preferred service agreement and would like him to be our regular technician.

Had some problems with the installation but they repaired it light bill went up because of problems but staff was wonderful
