We have been using them for years and are always happy with their service. Fair, honest and dependable.
Andrew was not able to hear the issue we were having, as it seemed to not be happening when he came. However, he did check all the components and found the unit to be fully functional and operational. He suggested that we try to video the issue if it occurs again and reopen the ticket. I was very grateful for his recommendation.
