The staff at A/C Designs were excellent. They were prompt, courteous and followed through with every aspect of our installation. We needed a new system as well as duct work. Robin came out for the estimates. He was prompt, very personable and he listened to all our concerns. He answered all of our questions and gave us fair estimates. He followed through with every aspect of the sale and made sure it went smoothly. Thanks Rob! We are confident we made the right choice in our system. The technicians Jesse and Cody were prompt, courteous, diligent, and receptive to our questions. They got the job done without any issues and cleaned everything up. They made sure we were satisfied with the results. Very nice guys. Overall an A+ company!
Cole is the best!!! He came late yesterday to check out our unit. He worked very hard to figure out what was wrong with it. When he finally did he explain everything thoroughly. Thank you Cole. My family appreciate you.
