A/C Designs sales representative, Billy Deloach, was very thorough, knowledgeable, & professional. He simplified the process of purchasing a new air conditioning unit unlike the other two companies I received quotes from. The service technicians did an excellent job with the installation working through the entire summer day despite the extreme heat. I would not hesitate recommending this company for any of your A/C services.

This is the reason I use AC Designs and have for years. Your employees. Today, I had a very kind Mr. Rowdy come to the house for my semi yearly service. He called me ahead of time and texted me as well. I appreciate that because I had to take half a day off work. He was respectful of my property and home. He explained everything that he was doing. Neat and tidy. I felt very safe and that is important to me. I highly recommend this gentleman and this company! Thank you so much!
On Sunday afternoon a very nice man came to my home when I called because my AC unit was leaning and not working properly. I don't remember his name. I am so sorry. He knew his stuff and calmed my fears. Then Mr. Troy Howell called me the same Sunday afternoon 1 hour later. Mr. Troy also arrived at my house at 7am on Monday to get me set up for a new unit. Later the same day is when I met Jeremy and Alex. They were hardworking, polite, and very kind. This means everything to me. I could not ask for better service!! My new unit installed, all the mess cleaned up. Carefully instructed me regarding my new thermostat. Paperwork explained. A/C Designs, this is why I have been a loyal customer for almost 14 years. Your fantastic employees! Thank you so very much!!
A year ago I had a Carrier HVAC installed in my home by A/C Designs. The first year inspection they provide is free. I received an email from A/C Designs letting me know the name of my technician and that he was on his way. Reese arrived early in my appointment window. He spent considerable time testing the system both inside and out. He provided me with a detailed report of all the checkpoints and their readings. Reese was knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable having him in my home.
Maison was A1 Excellent! He arrived on time. Very pleasant and personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed with what he was going and wasted no time. When he finished and left, I felt very secure that my ac was not going to break down anytime soon. I was very happy that Maison showed up at my door.
