Amber who handles my warranty and Daniel Soto who came out to fix my issue with the heater have been so wonderful. My heater wasn't coming on if it was cold outside (weird right). He searched my thermostat settings and found that it had been set to NOT turn on if it got below 34*. So now thanks to him I'll finally be warm again. He also went over all the settings and talked it all through with me. Thank you so much!
Love this company! They stand behind their product and offer great plans for yearly service. They show up when scheduled and their Techs are knowledgeable, courteous & friendly. They do a thorough job and ask if I have any questions. Highly recommend.
"Comfort Specialist" Billy Deloach visited after the technician found problems with the owner's ac unit. He was professional curteous (equipped with shoe covers without our even asking) and easy to understand. Billy's manner was respectful and excellent so we are happy with this purchase ... and clean prompt installation soon following! Thankyou kindly!
