What a great experience with A/C Designs! The technicians were incredibly professional, courteous and respectful. We had 2 separate crews come by the house, JR and Austin and then Danny & Billy. Both crews were such a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and answered / addressed my questions promptly. They were courteous and respectful in my home and very professional with their interactions! During these difficult times where everyone is running short, they were a breath of fresh air and a joy to work with! Thank you!
First class company and employee's. Was having yearly maintenance on 3/30/22 and some issues were detected by the tech Joseph on the Carrier system which is 8 years old and was installed when the house was built. Joseph ask if I would like to discuss a new system with the sales team and I agreed. He called in and the sales team called back shortly afterwards and scheduled to come out the same day. Billy Deloach arrive and went over many system choices and options. He took the time to answer all my question (a lot)and explained the benefits of each system and options. Billy was very knowable (he was a service tech for many years) and professional. We agreed on the system and price and the install was scheduled for the next day 3/31/22. The install team Harry and Joseph called to confirm appt and were here right on time. Both were very professional and took time to explain what they were going to do and followed thru being neat and clean the whole time. They also answered all my questions (a lot) at each step. when completed they went thru the whole system with me and explained how everything worked together. We are extremely please with the system ( which is very quite) and the job the install team and the whole team at AC Designs. would recommend contacting them if you are in need of service or a new system.
From estimate to installation - professional, clear and competitive. The A/C Design team did great work, with solid equipment and at competitive value. I interviewed 5 other shops and it came down to 2-3 finalists that were all pretty close. Professionalism, responsiveness combined with a competitive and clearly written proposal made the decision. A/C Design is a company I expect will continue to be in business as a leading service provider for years to come. Thank you. JM
Everyone we have dealt with at AC Designs so far has been very courteous, responsive, professional and thorough. Billy DeLoach went out of his way for a timely and fair estimate, and he took us through several viable options in replacing our AC system. Donna was very helpful in following-up. Danny and Billy were our techs who handled a seamless installation. They were very diligent, clean and courteous. Everyone left an excellent first impression of AC Designs for us. Thank you!
JR and Austin came and removed the old unit and installed the new one in time allotted and area all clean and fixed correctly. It was lifted and put on a 3 ft lift. Both units for the house look amazing and with a 10 year warranty you cant beat the service and price. Thanks AC Designs for always taking care of us. We have been in our new house and only had them to handle maintenance. Thanks for making us feel like family. The ladies in the office have been so kind and answered all questions anytime i have called. 5 star all around.

Rave! A/C Designs. Just had a new Carrier 16 SEER system installed.
I had quite a few quotes. I even called Home Depot to get their contractor (Florida Home out of Jax) to come out, they were the funniest ones. I knew ballpark was $4500 to $5500. The Florida Home guy started out at $11k, when I bust out laughing he asked if I was a vet, which I am. It then came down to $7.5k and a "I'll call my manager and see if we can do $6.5k"- a tactic I recognize from car dealerships.
Jason from A/C Designs came right out and looked over my system and quoted me $5300, with some a new pad, new outside breaker box, new interior breakers and carflex on the inside wiring. A fair price.
I had seen some iffy reviews on A/C Designs and was ready for some iffy installers. In this I was sorely disappointed. Danny and Billy were top notch! They set right to work and were very professional, and left the area cleaner than it was.
I highly recommend the team of Jason in sales, and Danny and Billy on the install.
