All good! Rcvd three quotes for new heat pump. Troy provided a very knowledgeable estimate at a price more than $1,100 less than competition. Installation by James & Austin was perfect…on time and professionally done. Nothing but praise.
AC Designs replaced our HVAC system in our home back in December of 2021 and we are very pleased with it. Note that we solicited 3 bids with different contractors to complete this work before committing to AC Designs and their price was very competetitive. The sales rep (Troy) was very professional and informative and answered all my questions and did not pressure me to sign a contract. The install/service crew arrived on time on the agreed date and were very courteous and professional. They answered all my technical questions and walked me through the operation of the new smart thermostat and helped me with the WiFi set up of it. They completed all the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the job site after all work was completed. I highly recommend AC Designs for any of your HVAC needs.
Greatly impressed with the service throughout. Ordered HVAC unit on 1/12/22 and was promised install on 1/13/22. Installers arrived as scheduled and completed install including under slab piping in good time. Personnel were professional and courteous throughout. Job site was left in immaculate condition and operation was simply explained. Well done.
