Just had A/C Designs by for my first scheduled maintenance, and I couldn't be more satisfied with this company, and it's primarily due to Robert, Solution Specialist. I have gone through several A/C companies over the past eight years, primarily due to such things as inept technicians and overcharging, but this scheduled maintenance was different. Robert showed up on time and provided the most comprehensive and conscientious service I have experienced on our two systems. Robert was extremely thorough and made himself readily available to answer my questions. When compared to the other technicians, Robert is clearly a cut above! If A/C Designs allows it, I will request Robert by name for all future appointments. Professional job--thanks, Robert!

Amazing and friendly service
I just had my 6 month maintenance completed by Rachelle K. and let me tell you it was the most professional and comprehensive service I have ever had provided by anyone. She was extremely pleasant the entire time she was in my home. She took the time to explain everything that was included in my maintenance visit and review some aspects of my new system that I purchased 6 months ago that I had questions about. Rachelle was very thorough in the work that she completed and ensured that she maintained a clean work environment. I was so pleased with her I will be requesting her for all future maintenance visits.
