Raymond Boyd was prompt efficient and professional!!! Raymond explained what he was doing today . Raymond showed pictures before and after of filter and outside system . He gets 10 stars in my book . I would recommend AC Design for your HVAC system.
Ray, our tech, was efficient and explained all the technical details in easy to understand language. It was great that he was able to arrive on Thanksgiving Eve at 8 AM. Looking forward to the April check up.

We were in a need to replace my Home A/C as well as a new Mini Split unit in my garage. We spoke with multiple companies for best option and the cost. When we spoke with Billy DeLoach from A/C Designs, he explained to us in great details about various options and the best value for money. Their estimate was a good $$ amount less than the competitors. Billy came a couple of times upon my requests to answer all the questions we had. He was prompt in responding every time we texted him any query.
Scheduling was a breeze and his crew came and finished the process of both, the house A/C and mini split in the garage within 5-6 hours. Bezmir was awesome in installation!
