Joe was our service technician today and he was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He also took the time to explain what the issue was and why it was happening in a way we could actually understand. We really appreciate how thorough and friendly he was and his experience was clearly above par. We wish all service techs were at his level. Thank you again, Joe.
Service that Raymond provides is always Top Notch and Professional. AC Designs has been taking care of house since it was built in 2018. Great Customer Service and HIGHLY recommended.

Maison called ahead and arrived on time, as promised. He entered our home wearing clean booties to protect our floors, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain everything he would be doing, including the estimated time to complete the work. Not only did he finish on time, but he was also extremely well-mannered and thorough. He did an excellent job cleaning our unit—there was even a pleasant scent coming from the vents for a few minutes after he finished! Maison also provided a clear explanation of how our unit was performing and offered helpful recommendations for the next visit. I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and friendly demeanor, and I'll definitely be requesting him personally for our next scheduled maintenance.
Ray caught an issue and fixed it before the AC went out. I strongly believe in preventive maintenance.
