With 4 quotes my decision to use AC designs was ultimately based on the company representative, Billy DeLoach. Billy was knowledgeable of my system and the options that were available. His explanations made sense ( I had 3 other quotes to compare him to) and the pricing was competitive.
Very satisfied with my decision, the installation was the icing on the cake. Harry and Colton were prompt, efficient and did a craftsman job on the install.

I really appreciated Ray coming by and explaining my system to me. Whew who knew about the drain line?! Not me lol. So I learned a lot and how to preserve my system, what that switch was for and how to change the filter too! This once over was very informative and helpful especially as a new homeowner learning how to maintain it.
