Mr. Chadd was the service technician who came to resolve the issue at hand. He was very knowledgeable and checked out the system. I had a problem with water leaking from the air handler. He quickly checked out the system finding the air filter was wet and kept the system from breathing properly. That filter was only in the unit for a little over 3 weeks.
I called this morning for an appointment and received same day service. I was very impressed. Thanks to the staff at AC Design. Excellent team work. I am very appreciate for all that you do. Once again thanks ????.

After ten years and a few months our air conditioning (with its ten-year warranty) packed up. We feared that getting a new one was going to be a big ordeal, but it wasn't at all. AC Designs reacted promptly to our call for assistance and a very helpful and professional technician came to see us to explain the options. That was on a Saturday afternoon. On the Monday morning at 08:00 he called to get our reaction. We confirmed a new system and by 10:30 that same morning two equally helpful and professional technicians came to install it. It was a rainy, miserable day, but by 3:30 the system was installed and running, and you wouldn't have known they'd been in the house, they were so clean and tidy. New AC systems are not cheap, but it was nowhere near as expensive as I anticipated, and I thought it was a very fair price for a job that requires considerable skill and expertise very well done.

Great experience from beginning to end! Our salesperson, Billy explained everything, gave us a couple of options, and emailed detailed quotes which included model numbers.
Once we decided on the Daiken unit, installation took place the next day. Our installation team led by Mark laid down a tarp in the hallway, was very professional, and made sure we understood the thermostat operation before they left.

I've been using AC Designs since 2014, they are excellent! Very easy to work with, professional, on time and all their techs have been great thus far. Next time I move, I am definitely going to use them again!
