We had a great experience with Jason Lanier while he was providing an estimate to replace my residential system. We had 5 onsite quotes today and this was the easiest to get through. No pressure, straight forward, "need's based" estimate. Jason answered all of my questions and willingly educated me in laymans terms.
When discussing pricing options, he did not flinch when I made it apparent that he wouldn't be selling a cadillac today. He simply provided 2 options that best fit my needs.
If the final product matches the customer service as promised, this will have been a great experience.

Recently received a new installed unit from AC Designs. Tron and Eddy did the install and they were great! Very diligent on their work and cleaned up everything when done. Great service from both of them as well as sales Jason L. HIghly recommend.
